Exempt charities are non profits regulated by a different authority, ie the FCA in our case.

Elected Officers:

All our volunteers are 'paid up Members of Eastbourne CLT', we have no paid staff and no physical office.

The Trustee Board is elected each year at the October AGM.

Members:

The Land Trust is owned and run by its Members, who annually elect Trustees, acting as Officers. 

Membership in December 2023 stands at 174.
